Open Capital is a management consulting and financial advisory firm in Africa. It works with enterprises, investors, development partners and the public sector to drive growth, enable investment and build markets, while fostering talented professionals to grow into leaders, including through professional placements.

To date, Open Capital has supported SMEs to raise US $1.2B in capital and completed 1,200+ business advisory engagements in Africa. It has 150+ full-time staff across 7 countries in sub-Saharan Africa, engaging in 27+ countries across the continent. Small Foundation provided Open Capital with an investment to expand its work across the continent, supporting its investment advisory and talent practices.
